Return Policy

At NIRAM BY MIRA, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

As most of our products are curated ethnic wear materials and customised collections, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, in exceptional cases, return requests may be considered solely at the discretion of NIRAM BY MIRA.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Wrong product delivered by us
• Product received in damaged condition during transit

To be eligible for return consideration:

• A proper uninterrupted parcel opening video is mandatory as proof.
• Claims without opening video proof will not be accepted.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging intact.

SHIPPING OF RETURNS

• In cases where return approval is granted for reasons not caused by NIRAM BY MIRA, customers will be responsible for the complete shipping charges.
• Customers must use reliable courier services with proper tracking facilities while returning products.
• NIRAM BY MIRA will not be responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit initiated by the customer.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Products showing signs of usage, alteration, damage, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return consideration.
• Return approval remains solely at the discretion of NIRAM BY MIRA.
• Management reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
